Our Per Incident Support is designed for small businesses, with less than 5 personal computers, that may not need to commit to a monthly set rate. TURN-KEYit will provide all the services in the Set Monthly Rate, for a flat hourly fee, depending on the type of assistance needed.

Our Remote Computer Support feature, included free in the Set Monthly Rate plan, allows us to assist you immediately by remotely sharing your computer, via the Internet. This enables us to troubleshoot and repair problems, install or remove software and provide basic software training.
